1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided to showcase Toni Federici’s wedding veil collections, help visitors locate authorized retailers, and allow visitors to submit inquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, including the Retailer Portal, other accounts, or connected systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s security, servers, or networks;
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial use without our prior written consent;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, when submitting a form on the Site.
2. No Online Purchases
The Site is informational and does not process orders, payments, or sales directly. Toni Federici veils are sold exclusively through our network of authorized retailers. Any purchase, fitting, pricing, or sales transaction takes place with the retailer directly and is subject to that retailer’s own terms, policies, and availability. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, transactions between you and any retailer.
3. Find a Retailer Tool
The retailer locator tool is provided to help you find authorized retailers near a location you enter. We do our best to keep retailer information accurate but do not guarantee that listings are complete, current, or error-free. Availability of specific veils, styles, or collections varies by retailer.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, veil designs, photographs, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the property of Toni Federici or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
“Toni Federici” and associated logos are trademarks of Toni Federici. Use of these marks without our prior written consent is prohibited.
5. Retailer Portal
Access to the Retailer Portal is restricted to authorized Toni Federici retailers. If you are issued login credentials:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Retailer Portal access at our discretion, including for misuse or violation of these Terms.
6. User Submissions
When you submit information through a contact or inquiry form on the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not submit any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as Instagram or retailer websites, which are not owned or controlled by Toni Federici.
